wOOLSTON cOMMUNITY CENTRE cHRISTMAS pARTY DANCE 2019:

Apparently, the 2019 event on November 30th was re-launched as the Christmas Party Dance, because that’s what people thought of it as – and why not! The November date was chosen to avoid clashing with the annual Woolston Christmas Fayre on December 7th.

Some of the organising team would have had to be at the Community Centre and at Woolston Millennium Garden at the same time. December 14th was thought to be too close to Christmas for comfort.

The evening went off very well indeed, with a lovely atmosphere in the room, great music from the Rock-A Fellas, another mind twisting quiz and mince pies as well! There were some really nice prizes in the raffle, the star prize being a hamper full of Christmas goodies.

I’m looking forward to next year already – if only I had a  diary to make a note in!
