- Southampton Day Services from 8 am to 4.30 pm Monday to Friday
Mondays:
- Taekwondo
- Mayfield Nursery Dementia Group (temporary 4-6 weeks booking)
- Justin Bailey (Eclipse Psychotherapy)
- Postcard Club (meeting monthly during winter months)
Tuesdays:
- Good Companions group of older people doing table games, bingo etc. and lunching)

- Hamwic Brass Band rehearsal
Wednesdays:
- Playtots (mother and toddler group)
- Lithuanian children's language and culture class
- Southern Lights Folk Dancing Group
- Woolston Camera Club (meeting fortnightly during winder months)
Thursdays:
- Children's Sensory Classes
- Thursday Painting (small painting group meeting on 2nd and 4th Thursday morning)
- Bounce (children's exercise classes)
- Alcoholics Anonymous (meeting every Thursday, even on Christmas Day if it is a Thursday)
Fridays:
- Mindfit (wellbeing classes)
- Yoga (meeting tow or three times a month)
- Quayside Brass (brass quintet meeting twice a month)
Saturdays:
- Justin Bailey (Eclipse Psychotherapy most Saturday mornings)
Irregular bookings and meetings on selected weekdays & weekends:
- Dungeons and Dragons group (meeting roughly every 6 weeks)
- Spitfire Running Club (committee meetings roughly monthly)
- Buddie Pet first aid classes (meeting roughly monthly on Saturdays or Sundays)
- The Shore Pre-School (occasional bookings for staff exams)
- Parties for children's birthdays, gender reveals, baby showers etc.
- In-house meetings for WCA General Committee, Community centre Management Committee & Woolston Millennium Garden (a section of WCA)
