Important notes for hall users
SMOKE ALARMS
This building is fully equipped with smoke alarms and under no circumstances should smoke emitting devices be used in any of the rooms.
If such a device sets off the alarm, and a call-out charge from the alarm company is incurred, the cost will be added to the hire charge and any deposit made will be retained to set off against this cost.
SLIDING FOLDING SCREENS
A special locking/unlocking tool and a specific procedure is required to open and close the sliding/folding partitions and under no circumstances should the user attempt to move them.
.Any attempt to operate the partitions without permission may result in damage to the floor closing bolts and the cost of any consequent repairs will be added to the hire charge and any deposit made will be retained to set off against this cost.
